Too Cool for School and the patrons are the popular crowd. At Bond St, everything and everyone is ultra hip. The fact that all the waiters are gorgeous also helps and the location, Soho, definitely adds to the vibe. And so does the bluish hue that lights all three floors of this townhouse turned restaurant. With all this chi-chi hotness one would think that they don't care as much about how their food tastes as they do about how their restaurant looks. Well, whoever thought that (I'm guilty), thought wrong. The fish is beyond fresh and the dishes are original and tasty. Our favorite is the chirashi, the grilled seafood with miso butter, and any piece of sushi. Think of Bond St. as an ultra-upscale modern version of your neighborhood sushi house, except with better looking people, a lot cooler atmosphere, and much better fish.
